A Nordic bath
Heated with a wood fire, the water temperature can rise to 40°. The Nordic bath traditionally used in the Nordic countries has multiple benefits: muscle relaxation, elimination of toxins & boost of the immune system.
An outdoor shower
Nothing better to feel alive than a shower in the middle of nature! Its water is warm and allows you to rinse off before diving into the Nordic bath. Taking it in the morning is also perfect for an invigorating wake up!

Behavioral riding discovery session - 60€
50 minutes of session on foot to learn the basics of behavioral riding and discover the universe of the horse differently. Learning to capture the horse's attention and making it follow us freely will be part of the exercises. The nature break that will disconnect you 100%!
